Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the DropAI software service, billed through our payment provider Paddle (Merchant of Record). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate DropAI before any charge. You will only be billed if you continue past the trial. We recommend using the trial to decide whether the Service is right for you.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that charge. Contact us with your account email and we will process the refund through Paddle to your original payment method.
3. Renewals & cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Charges for periods already started are generally non-refundable except as described above or where required by law.
4. EU/UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use the Service during this period you may be asked to acknowledge that this right ends once the digital service has been fully provided. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@dropai.agency from your account email address. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days by Paddle.
