These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DropAI website and application (the "Service"), operated by [Company Legal Name] ("DropAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DropAI is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users build and operate e-commerce stores — including an AI store builder, product research, ad-creative tools, and order-automation features. DropAI is software only; we do not sell, ship, or fulfill physical goods, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers or suppliers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (e.g. Growth at €39/mo, Agency at €139/mo) are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others' rights; selling prohibited or counterfeit goods; attempting to bypass usage limits, security, or authentication; reselling the Service; or using it to send spam or deceptive content. You are solely responsible for the stores, products, and content you create and for complying with the terms of any third party you connect (Shopify, Meta, suppliers, etc.).

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Shopify, CJ Dropshipping, Meta, Anthropic, fal.ai). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service and our software. You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular sales, revenue, or business results. Outputs from AI and third-party data may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

10. Governing law & changes
